Presents
"Amoire Couture: Highlighting the New Trendsetters"
The premise of the Amoire Couture is to bring exposure and highlight new and upcoming designer/style setters who are set to change the scope of the fashion industry. This is not only an exhibition of products, but an opportunity to embrace the chance to "live well" and dress well.

Sean John Girls!
Sean Jean started as a street-smart solution to urban style—complete with the expected hoodies, hats and T-shirts—but has grown to include pricey designer apparel like suits, outerwear and lots of fur; there's also a specialty store jeans line called Blue, and a women's wear line that debuted in 2003. For the most part, the collection manages to maintain street cred while earning the fashionista stamp of approval: In Sean John's first year, Combs was nominated for the CFDA Perry Ellis Award for Menswear, and in 2004, he collected the fashion equivalent of an Oscar as CFDA Menswear Designer of the Year.

I did like Sabrina's Jewelry.. The bright colors and designs are what draw you in. At first glance you wonder what makes her stuff different from an avg. street vendor? What makes Beanpye unique?
Well it's the craftmanship in her piesces. The detail thats hard to overlook.
Not only does she make jewely.. She makes blazers.. too bad I didn't see any in person but i did get to check them out on her website.. Very nice..

This jewelrye was absolutely stunning.. right up my alley!! i love mantra and yoga. I get most of my piesces straight from India but, it's nice to know I don't always have to buy from so far away to get traditional perfection. Even her pillows were stunning. Damn i thought mine were nice. I have the Ganesh Statue Buddha engraved in gold on black and crimson pillows. The syymol on this pillow below is the "OHM" symbol which is the Hindu version of the holy cross. I don't want to keep repeating how beautiful her stuff is so see for yourself in the flash presentation above.

I love boots so I must say I was very happy to meet with Christna. Her beautiful personality goes with her boots. Before i stepped in this venue I saw these boots through the window and knew it would be a treat when i got to see them up close and personal. I They are very nice and unique. Sometimes a woman must spend some $$ to get quality that delaCav Footwear possess. I wish i could get a pair but would be an expensive impulse buy that my boyfriend would kill me over.. The thing is they could possibly be worth dying over.. ok i'm kidding but you get the idea. Check ou some of the styles and designs in my pictures below.

Sweet Complex Premium Goods!! Cheap Womens Shoes.. My thoughts on the Kings Plaza Mall!!

Event: Complex Premium Goods

Sponsor: At&T

Gibraud
Akademiks

Usher

Date: 12-15-07

The complex Premium Goods Party turned out to be pretty Dope..
It was definitely a who's who crowd Bc it seemed like everyone was there...
They had an excellent centrally located bar fully stocked with
Hennessey, Heineken and Makers

I got pretty dope pics of a lot of people..
They also seemed to be a lot of friends that i missed :(
I got there an hour late and still found myself bumping into Charles Anthony, Fresh Daily, 8thw1, Dres, and Whatspoppin.
DJ Soul did his thing.. And it seemed like every guy that left had something in their hand to take home which is cool.. Sorry ladies there was nothing really for us :(
You gotta love my late coverage.. Everyone seemed to leave a bit tipsy.. Meaning that was some good old fashioned industry fun….

Sun. 12-9-2007

As the first time I have ever been to the Kings Shopping Center in Brooklyn.

I have to say that mall isn't bad at all. I was on a mission to buy some shoes.. The mall reminds me of Roosevelt Field but smaller. I also must take into account that I went on a Sunday Evening. If I would of went on a Saturday afternoon I just might be singing a different tune.

I give that spot a ½ a kudo lol just because its in Brooklyn.. The right vendors are in there .. That's not a place where you would find a "FCUK", "BEBE" , or "BCBG".

While I was there I was looking for some shoes. Now mind you the other day I was walking around Fulton Mall killing time. I called Kevin and told him I that I had a cheap shoe phobia.. He laughed as usual.. He thinks I'm crazy. Its true… I hate very cheap shoes.. All they do is make your feet hurt and they give you VERY bad foot problems. I see women on the train and in parties all he time. Sometimes I stare in amazement and they look at me like what the hell is she looking at. I always laugh.. I know what I am looking at.. Those cheapo ass plastic shoes on your feet.. Shit I have problems with leather shoes .. How the hell your sandpaper feet aren't affected. Then there's girls with all these high boots .. Fake suede Man made suede.. Don't u know man can"t make shit… lol

The new thing, "Made by the finest Man-made material" .

The finest???

So what's the other shit made out of.. The worst???

Once we were in that Kings mall and went thru enough cheap shoe spots he fully understood why I felt the way I did.. And no longer thinks cheap shoes are worth the buy.. He encourages quality over quantity.. As i proceeded to buy some boots from Nine West. If u are a girl reading this.. And you wear cheap Rainbow, and Square One Shoes... STOP IT!! You care more about a corny dude looking at you then you do your own feet and the corns u might get on them.. ...

Damn shame..

I fuckin hate this store with a passion..
Man made this store..
With polyester and acyllic..

I dunno Maybe you girls just don't know..
u can alwas tell my texture and smell.. fake leather stinks..
Cheap Shoe Alert!!!

It looks cute..
Looks deceive

The Results of The Birthday Celebration for Celebrity & Lifestyle Blogger Tia Walker

Hi!

Tia_birthday_party_ronnie_willima_3 Well the results are in--an amazing evening was had by all at the Birthday Celebration for Celebrity & Lifestyle Blogger Tia Walker. By nearly midnight on Wednesday, November 28, the upper mezzanine of Lotus was ablaze as the close-knit group of birthday attendees toasted the night to yours truly in style. A bottle of Grey Goose complete with full service of juices and soft drinks were served to attendees that included: Butter & Bling Jewelry Designer Barry Wine, Private Jeweler Suzy B, Publicist Nick Dietz of Shin Advisors, Norwegian journalist Morten Davidsen, Unruly Heir Head Designer, Palacinka.com Founder Risi-Leanne Baranja, Editor & Chief of Lavish Magazine Tatiana Y. Smith, creative voice of Jintrovert Jeorgina Williams, Kissable Couture Publicist Damon Campbell, Saks Fifth Avenue Buyer Ronnie Williams (see photo at far left), Parker Head Designer William Taswell III (see photo at left far right), Parker Fashion Director Megan Zilis, Photographer Rick Louis and Designer Zulema Griffin.

Tia_birthday_party_tia_damon_campbe Dressed in a lavender sequined strapless frock by Ghost, birthday girl Tia Walker took to the table receiving a few choice gifts, one of which included a lovely coral & silver ring by Butter & Bling's Barry Wine who attended with private jeweler Suzy B. Palacinka founder Risi-Leanne Baranja arrived next bearing a gift of carefully selected products from the French skincare line Lierac. Ms. Tatiana Smith arrived next with a gift of a sexy fuchsia tank and matching lace thong, a gift as lavish as the publication she runs. Last, was Damon Campbell (see photo at left) with (6) Kissable Couture lip glosses, a highly appreciated gesture. Soon after the entire group was present and after formal introductions made the partying began. The blare of popular hip-hop from the first floor made conversations a bit strained, but all were able to speak freely throughout the evening despite the sounds.

Tia_birthday_party__risi_leanne_zul As the majority of the group were from the worlds of fashion and or beauty, the evening lent to networking as well as celebration. After more pics were snapped, stories told, and cocktails were had, several members of the party descended to West Chelsea's Marquee to finish off the evening's soiree in style. A special thanks to Michael Gogel, Director of Marketing and Promotions at Lotus, and everyone who contributed to providing the very memorable evening.

See you next year!

Rocsi Bday Party Pretty WEAK!!!

Her party was a little dead everyone who were like her pals stayed all cooped up in that tiny room ??? it's a shame what people do to stay VIP.. Terrance didn't care.. he mingled with everyone.. VERY COOL Terrance.. Ha!

The party was so dead.. No one knew anybody.. Everyone moochedd off the Hypnotic open bar.. I don't think I stayed 40 mins. I felt very uncomfortable..

All around the party was weak.. ur too high sadiddy..Im speaking from experience.. im only being honest hunny. NEW YORK did some adjustments and Terrance is the man.. thas that Southern Hospitality..
